国际教育公平的研究热点、知识基础与前沿趋势

教育公平是教育治理的核心价值取向。本研究使用文献计量法分析了1991-2024年间国际教育公平研究的时空分布、主题热点、知识基础、脉络演进与未来趋势。结果显示,当前国际教育公平研究处于快速成长期,美国、英国、澳大利亚和南非是国际教育公平研究的中心力量。教育公平的研究热点集中分布在群体差异、社会文化环境、教育类型层级、学校实践与教育不平等的关系这四个方面,新自由主义、批判种族理论、后现代女性主义等理论思潮则为这些研究热点提供了坚实的知识基础。三十余年来,该领域研究经历了从关注群体差异、促进社会正义的综合性教育公平问题研究,转向聚焦不同阶段、不同领域的具体性教育公平问题研究的脉络演进,而未来该领域则呈现出质性研究方法应用持续增多、全球地域化理念被重新重视、承认正义理念被普遍认同、多元文化教育理论蓬勃发展,以及自由主义与保守主义公平观交替凸显的趋势。借鉴上述趋势,我国研究者要瞄准高质量教育公平发展,树立“以人为中心”的教育公平观,加强教育公平研究的系统化设计,推动教育公平研究的具体实践转向,并加强多元研究方法的运用,推动我国教育公平研究融入国际话语体系,并贡献中国方案。

Abstract:

Educational equity is the core value orientation of education governance. Using bibliometric methods, this study analyzes the temporal and spatial distribution, thematic hotspots, knowledge bases, frontier evolution, and future trends of international research on educational equity over the past three decades. The results show that current international research on educational equity is in a period of rapid growth, with the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and South Africa being the core forces in this field. Research hotspots of educational equity focus on four aspects: group differences, sociocultural environments,educational levels and types, and the relationship between school practices and educational inequality. Theoretical trends such as neoliberalism, critical race theory, and postmodern feminism provide a solid knowledge foundation for these research hotspots. Over the past three decades, research in this field has evolved from focusing on comprehensive educational equity issues to focusing on specific educational equity issues in different stages and fields. In the future, this field will show trends including a continuous increase in the application of qualitative research methods, renewed emphasis on the concept of glocalization, widespread acceptance of the concept of recognition justice, vigorous development of multicultural education theories, and alternating prominence of liberal and conservative views on equity.Drawing on these trends, Chinese researchers should aim for the development of high-quality educational equity, establish a "people-centered" view of educational equity, strengthen the systematic design of educational equity research, promote the shift of educational equity research toward specific practices, and enhance the application of diverse research methods—so as to integrate Chinese educational equity research into international academia and contribute Chinese solutions.
